Statement on COVID-19:

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts our communities in unprecedented ways, LaserShip has been closely monitoring the situation and working to keep our team, customers, and community safe, while ensuring deliveries continue.

Here’s what we’re doing to keep deliveries safe:

Our number one priority is the health and safety of our team, our customers, and the community. We are following recommendations from the CDC, local, and state health officials, as well as working with our retail partners to promote healthy deliveries. We have implemented a number of precautions to ensure a safe and clean environment throughout the delivery process. This includes asking sick drivers to stay home and increasing sanitization practices across the board. Our employees and drivers are practicing vigorous and frequent hand washing, and we have increased sanitization of operational facilities, vehicles, packages, and devices.

Most of our deliveries are outside deliveries, with limited driver interaction. No driver is handing their phone to any individual for a signature, and instead they are entering the first and last name into the signature field.

We will be limiting package pick up services at our local facilities.

Here’s how you can help:

Follow all recommendations from the CDC, including proper hand washing. If you do interact with a delivery driver, please avoid direct contact. If someone in your household is sick or has been quarantined, please notify the driver upon delivery and they will place your package outside your residence.

We understand that many people rely on home and office delivery for essential items, especially during uncertain times like these. We take this responsibility very seriously, and we’re pleased to report LaserShip is fully operational and deliveries are taking place as scheduled. We’ll continue to closely monitor the situation and will keep you updated on any changes.

LaserShip Service Impacts Related to COVID-19

As a result of the present Force Majeure situation effective since April 1, 2020 due to COVID-19 disruptions, LaserShip has suspended any on time performance rebates/discounts and/or service level agreements and reserves the right to modify all or part of its services, to change its working procedures, and to adjust its business operations and obligations to mitigate the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
