How late does LaserShip Deliver?

We generally try to get our deliveries completed by 6 pm EST however due to inclement weather, or seasonal spikes we may deliver later.

What if I live in an apartment or a neighborhood where I don’t want my package left in front of the door?

Please contact our Customer Service Team at (800) 527-3764 and they will put an alert on your package so it is not left unattended.

What hours is your customer service line open ?

Our customer service center is open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm EST, Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm EST and on Sunday from 8 am until 5 pm EST.

I am having problems with tracking, what should I do?

If you are suffering issues with the tracking then please contact our Customer Service Team at (800) 527-3764 to resolve any tracking issues.

Why isn't my package moving?
